Are you in-network with my insurance company?
CTGT is not a network provider for any insurance company. However, CTGT will submit a bill to an insurance company as a courtesy to our patients. Please see the Payment by Patient Insurance section of our Billing & Payments page for options and complete instructions on payments.
Do you bill insurance / Do you bill Medicaid/Medicare?
As a courtesy to patients, CTGT will submit a bill to third-party insurance companies, but we are a non-participating provider. We are not a Medicaid/Medicare approved provider and cannot submit claims to those insurance plans.

What is the process for billing the patient’s credit card?
Patients may choose to pay for testing using their credit card by completing the appropriate information on the test Requisition Form.
Patient credit card information is also required whenever a patient asks that CTGT bills their insurance company. In these cases, the patient credit card will be charged in the event there is a balance due once the insurance claim is finalized.
